In collaboration with Google, Realme announced that Android
Q Beta is now available for realme 3 Pro. This program gives you the chance to
test drive Android Q and all its new features before the official release. The
feedback you provide will help identify and fix issues, and make the platform
even better.
What's new in android Q :
Prioritized notifications:
With android Q , you can choose whether an app's
notifications are interruptive or gentle. Interruptive notifications will make
noise, vibrate and appear on your lock screen , where as gentle ones don't .

Dark theme
One of the most requested features of all time is now
available on Q. In android Q there is a system wide dark theme you can enable
it by going to settings or else by enabling battery saver .Dark theme also
helps in saving battery for smiled displays .

New Navigation Gestures Like i-Phone
After this update, you will notice a new navigation gestures within settings, this looks like the iphone gestures, you can swipe on the screen on left of right to go back, and swipe up from the bottom to go to home, this navigations is way better than the previous android Pie gestures.
QR Code Withing Wi-FI settings
you might have seen this feature already on a MIUI device, where you can connect to a wireless network, by just scanning the QR Code, no need to type the password, also you can share your connected wifi with your friends using the QR code.
How to install android Q on RealMe 3 PRO :
As a beta version of Android Q, one should be aware that the
software will be unstable and filled with bugs and issues that could range from
mild to severe. Keeping that in mind, it would be wise to backup any data you
can before proceeding as the flashing procedure will wipe out the phone's
data.(internal storage)
To upgrade the Realme 3 Pro from Android P to Android Q beta, you will need to download the latest ROM upgrade package from this link android Q for realme 3 pro. The file is around 1.2GB in size, so it's best to download this over Wi-Fi. Once the download is complete, you will need to copy the file (Q2P.zip) to mobile phone storage.
Next, power off the device and then go into recovery mode, to go into recovery mode, you will have to press and hold Volume down + power key at the same time for upto 6 seconds. This will take you to recovery mode where you will have to select Q2P.zip under Install from phone storage section. Once this is done, the phone will reboot and you'll have successfully installed the Android Q beta software. make sure your phone in charged upto 30% or more, and also don't turn off the device during installation.
How to roll back to pie on RealMe 3 PRO :
If you face any serious issues and want to roll back to
stable pie then download from below link and follow the same process as mentioned above.
Known issues
1. There is no fingerprint
function.
2. Use USB for File
transfer/PTPMIDI… options cannot be checked when pluged into PC.
3.AVI format
video cannot be played from the Files, there is only audio playing but no
video.
4. The Accessibility touch
vibration cannot be switched off.
5. There is a short black
flicker when open the camera, both front and back camera.
6.Take a
picture during the filter video recording either Mono or Sepia mode and save,
the video filter effect is OK , but the picture has only normal effect.
7. There is no focus icon in
the preview window under sports and sunset mode.
8.The dialer
will be force closed frequently when making a call, with the situation that 2
sim card plugged in and “make calls with Ask first” set.
9. APE format audio in the
Files cannot be played.
10.The files
under the “Files-Images” or “Files-Videos” path cannot be renamed or compressed
(gray display).
11.The
Pattern PIN and Password screen lock function is not working.
12.The
Adaptive brightness function is not working.
13.The power
on time is a little long which is almost one and a half minutes.
