Realme has recently revealed RealMe 3 PRO after all that hype ,the phone
is mainly targeted at Redmi note 7 pro. But after the launch of RealMe 3 pro many are
confusing which one to buy between the current Mid range champ REDMI NOTE 7 PRO
and REALME 3 PRO.
So here is a quick comparison of specifications of both.
We are going to compare 5 big aspects which are essential
for a good buy.
1. Build and Design
REDMI note 7 pro comes with a 6.3inch, 1080×2340px IPS LCD
display with a PPI of 409. The phone is protected both back and front with
Gorilla glass 5.
REALME 3 pro comes also comes with a 6.3inch IPS LTPS panel
at a resolution of 1080×2340px and 409PPI. The phones comes with a
polycarbonate back panel and on front it's protected by Gorilla glass 5.
Both phones comes with a dew drop notch on the top.
But the bezels in RealMe 3 PRO are less than Redmi Note 7 PRO.
2. Processor
Processor is required for a good and smooth performance.
redmi note 7 pro comes with
a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC which is a octa core chip consisting 2× 2.0 GHz +
6× 1.7 GHz clock speed and adreno 612 GPU.
realme 3 pro comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor which is
also an octa core processor consisting of 2×2.2 GHz + 6×1.7 GHz clock speed and
adreno 616 GPU.
To summaries CPU is better in 675 and GPU is better in 710
but at a small margin both perform similarly in day to day usage. additionally you can play Fortnite on Realme 3 pro out of the box,
3. Camera
Note 7 pro has a dual camera setup at back consisting a 48MP
Sony IMX586 sensor and 5mp depth sensor
Currently it's the best camera centric smartphone below 15k
but to give it a fight RealMe 3 pro comes with a 16mp(f/1.7) Sony IMX519 sensor which
is used in OnePlus 6T and 5mp depth sensor.
The realme has camera features like 960fps super slo-mo at 720p,
64mp ultra HD shot .
In general, the daylight of note 7 pro is better while 3
pro shines at night time.
4. Battery
Note 7 pro has a 4000mah battery with a quick charge
4.0 (18W) support through type-c port but you won't get a fast charger inside
the box and it takes around 2hrs to full charge the device.
3 pro is coming with a 4045mah battery with VOOC Flash 3.0 fast
charging ( 20W) support through micro-usb , the charger is coming with the box
and it fully charges the phone in 1hr 20min which is insane for a budget phone.
5. Software
Software is one of the key aspects in a mobile as it decides
the hardware performance.
Note 7 pro comes with Android pie (9) out of the box with
MIUI10 on top of it .
3 pro also comes with Android pie (9) out of the box and
color os 6 on top of the stock android.
Both have their advantages and disadvantages but it depends
on what you want.
Summary :
Note 7 pro starts at 13,999 for 4+64 ( 2 sim or 1 sim + as
card) and 16,999 for 6+128 Variant.
REALME 3 pro starts at 13,999 for 4+64 ( triple slot) and
₹16,999 for 6+128 Variant.
