Hello Guys, today I’ll be showing that how to create a private folder in Galaxy S7 Edge, so if you think that there is something exist in your phone which you don't want to let others show, then you can use this feature to hide your personal data from the phone, so that anyone without your permission could not open your private files and folders, actually we are trying to hide files on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, So before we begin to making a secret folder on galaxy S7 Edge, let's first discus about the Specification of the device.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge in the Successor of its sibling Galaxy S6 Edge, so they are quite same on some scenarios, but S7 Edge has some improved specs like: Screen Size is 5.5", Battery is 3600 mAh as compare to Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge which had 2600 mAh battery, also Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Supports a hybrid sim slot so you can use two sim at a time, or one sim along with one micro SD card, you can expand the Memory up-to 200GB, Sporting 12 MP Rear and 5 MP Front Facing Camera which is able to capture 4K Videos.

Now Move on to the Topic that how Make a Private Folder in Galaxy S7 Edge

There is an inbuilt private mode on every galaxy s7 edge device, by using this you can hide files from others

1.     Open Setting
2.     Now Privacy and Safety.
Tap on Private Mode.
3.     Enable Private Mode



Then it will ask you to select your preferred method to unlock the private folder, either pin or pattern.

Now which private mode is on, just open your My Files App,
Click on Private Then Click on more and create a Folder of any name (this folder will now show to others)

You can now Go to that file or files which you want to hide on your galaxy s7 edge, and just Move that files to the folder you have just created,
After moving the files you have to go to Settings >> Privacy and Safety >> Private Mode >> Disable Private Mode.

That’s it now you will not be able to see the Private Folder on the My Files, so when you want to see them again you just follow the above procedure to enable the Private Folder.
